Kick Out Cancer!
...Curing Cancer One Kick At A Time.

All proceeds will go to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) on behalf of Team In Training.

Tournament Entry:
Entry into the tournament will be $20 per individual or $250 per team. Your entry fee includes Pizza Lunch and drinks (water & soda) as well as 1 free Raffle Ticket.

(The Tournament is limited to 10 Teams only!!)

Team Details:

1) Each team must field at least eight (8) and no more than twelve (12) players, but you can have up to 20 players per team.
2) Teams must have at least four (4) members of each gender.
3) Each team must designate a team captain.
4) Each game will be (40) minutes in length.
5) Players must be twenty one (21) years or older.

All entries must be in by August 21, 2009!
